In Kazakhstan, special attention is traditionally paid to children and significant moments in their lives. This value is shared by NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC.

The company's management understands that events such as the first bell or the last day of school become a special milestone for the family. Therefore, a new social benefit has been included in the Collective Agreement - an additional paid day of leave.

It is provided to all women in the company, as well as men who are raising a child (children) without a mother, so that parents can be with their children at the most important moments: September 1 (Knowledge Day) - if the child goes to first grade; on the day of the last bell - if the child is finishing his/her senior year.

This additional day of paid leave is an opportunity to support the child, share with him/her the excitement and joy of an important day.

At the same time, the organization of the day off is thought out in such a way as not to disrupt production processes and work schedules.

Such a measure is a manifestation of the company's respect for its employees and their children, as well as a step towards creating a more humane and attentive corporate culture.
