JSC "Passenger Transportation" reminds passengers of the rules of conduct on long-distance trains and strictly prohibited actions aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of all travelers.
Prohibited actions on trains:
1. Travel without a ticket
Passengers are prohibited from being in the carriage without a valid ticket. Conductors have the right to demand a ticket at any time. In the absence of a ticket, the passenger will be disembarked from the train at the nearest station.
2. Transportation of children without supporting documents
Transportation of a child without identity documents or documents confirming parenthood is not allowed. In the absence of the necessary documents, passengers may be denied boarding the train.
3. Carriage of unchecked baggage without prepayment
Carriage of baggage exceeding the established norms (more than 35 kg per passenger) without prepayment and a completed document is prohibited.
4. Carriage of animals without the appropriate documents
Carriage of animals without veterinary documents is strictly prohibited. In the absence of the necessary documents, the passenger will be denied boarding the train.
5. Smoking is prohibited on the train
Smoking on trains is strictly prohibited, including the use of both regular cigarettes and electronic smoking devices.
6. Unnecessary use of the emergency brake is prohibited
Unreasonable use of the emergency brake is strictly prohibited. This may disrupt the train schedule, create inconvenience for other passengers and lead to administrative liability.
7. Transportation of prohibited substances
Carriage of narcotic, explosive or sharp objects is strictly prohibited. If such violations are detected, passengers will be handed over to law enforcement agencies.
8. Displaying aggression or creating conflict situations
Any form of physical or psychological violence, including verbal abuse, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the passenger being removed from the train at the nearest station.
9. Getting off a moving train
Such actions are extremely dangerous to life and health, and are a violation of the rules. We remind you that you can only leave the train at stations and only through the doors designated for this purpose.
10. Littering in the carriage or damaging property
Vandalism, littering the carriages and damaging the property of JSC Passenger Transportation are strictly prohibited and may result in the passenger being removed from the route.
11. Drinking alcohol
Drinking alcohol is prohibited in all carriages of the train, with the exception of dining carriages, where it is permitted within the framework of the current rules. Violation of this prohibition may result in administrative liability and the passenger being disembarked at the nearest station.
These requirements are established in accordance with the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and oversized baggage by rail. JSC Passenger Transportation asks all passengers to strictly adhere to these rules. Safety and comfort on the train are the shared responsibility of each passenger.
