Late for the train is an unpleasant situation that some passengers face from time to time. JSC Passenger Transportation reminds you what actions to take if the train has already left and the passenger remains on the platform.

The first step is to contact the ticket office at the station and inform the cashier about the situation. If the passenger is late for the train, he has the opportunity to return part of the ticket price. However, this must be done within an hour after the train departs from the station indicated on the ticket.

To return, you will need to present an identity card and a ticket. The cashier will issue the necessary documents and, if there are seats, offer options for transfer to the next train.

The amount and terms of the refund are determined by the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage, over-the-counter baggage and mail by rail.

In such situations, passengers are also advised to contact the operator at 1433 for additional information.

JSC Passenger Transportation reminds that for timely boarding it is recommended to arrive at the station in advance to avoid such situations.
