For the first time, a commercial cargo weighing 1 ton 700 kilograms was sent from Astana to Almaty by Talgo train. This decision was made possible thanks to the strategic cooperation of the National Carrier with the Kazakhstani logistics company Warehouse Management IAA, which is one of the leaders in the field of LTL deliveries and serves over 80% of the country's fashion retailers.

The joint project is aimed at creating a modern and efficient logistics chain: reducing delivery times to consumers, improving transportation conditions and providing a high level of service for businesses, especially in the fashion industry.

Warehouse Management IAA is one of the top 10 largest logistics providers in Kazakhstan and provides services to leading global brands such as LC Waikiki, Koton, DeFacto, Adidas, ECCO, Mango, Guess, Reserved, etc. Together with the National Carrier, the company plans to develop regular transportation between major cities of the country, including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Kostanay and others.

The new logistics model will optimize and, with the help of efficient logistics, improve delivery conditions for more than 1,000 street stores and 2,500 retail outlets in the country's largest shopping malls, and will also increase the availability of goods in the regions by reducing travel time and reducing operating costs.

Transportation on passenger trains will help significantly reduce logistics costs, improve delivery conditions and increase the availability of goods in the regions.

The national carrier notes that this logistics model meets the safety requirements for passengers in the operation of rolling stock, and the business community has the opportunity to build effective interaction in the field of transport logistics.
